Our Founder’s Journey
My work is driven by a fundamental question: how can businesses achieve peak performance while nurturing a thriving, human-centric culture? The answer is not linear. My path, from foundational roles in learning design and organizational management to executive HR leadership in complex, international environments, provided me with a rare perspective on how communication, culture, and corporate performance intersect. This unique viewpoint has been fortified by my status as a CIPD Chartered Member.
Conditioned to Resilience
My expertise was forged in the fast paced, demanding environment of the international energy sector. My rapid rise from hands-on operational roles to strategic leadership taught me how to chart a course for growth that holds firm against any storm, ensuring we reach our destination safely and successfully. It was in this high-stakes setting that I proved my ability to lead critical initiatives like a complex cross-border departmental move and a major digital systems implementation that reduced administrative workloads and strongly improved employee experience and engagement.

Today, I channel this wealth of experience into Craft Blended Solutions. I partner with leaders through focused strategic projects and foster long-term growth through ongoing advisory partnerships. Beyond the Work
When I’m not partnering with clients, I find balance with my family and inspiration in nature, books and music. My most valued time is spent with my teenage daughter, often while watching our favorite series and eating popcorn.
