I founded Craft Blended Solutions with a clear mission: to place the employee experience at the heart of business strategy. My journey, from foundational roles in learning design and organizational management to executive HR leadership in complex, international environments, provided me with a valuable perspective on how communication, culture, and corporate performance intersect.

My approach is grounded in proven methodologies like KAIZEN and Design Thinking and hands-on experience from leading major transformations, such as managing major transitions of international organisational structures. I partner with leaders to build workplaces that are not just successful, but sustainable and human-centric.
