My journey, from foundational roles in learning design and organizational management to executive HR leadership in complex, international environments, provided me with a valuable perspective on how communication, culture, and corporate performance intersect.
My approach is grounded in proven methodologies like KAIZEN, Design Thinking and Organisational Psychology, combined with my hands-on experience from leading major transformations, such as managing major transitions of international organisational structures.
