These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.craftblended.com) and the purchase of our digital courses, programs, and consulting services. By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Intellectual Property & Course Access
All materials provided within the Craft Blended Solutions learning platform – including but not limited to videos, texts, worksheets, frameworks, and HR methodologies – are the exclusive intellectual property of Craft Blended Solutions.
Upon purchase, you are granted a single, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course materials for your personal and professional development. You may not share your login credentials, nor may you copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the course content.
- Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your student account password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without a refund if we detect suspicious activity, such as multiple IP addresses logging in simultaneously with your credentials, which strongly indicates account sharing.
- Payments & Invoicing
All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment gateway (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and company information (including your VAT/DOY if applicable) so that we may issue a legally compliant invoice in accordance with Greek tax regulations.
- Refund Policy for Digital Goods
Under European Union consumer protection laws, consumers generally possess a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, because our courses and digital frameworks are delivered and accessed immediately upon purchase, you explicitly agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once you log in and access the course material. Due to the easily replicable nature of digital knowledge, all sales of online courses are final and non-refundable.
- Limitation of Liability
The information, courses, and resources provided on this website are for educational and informational purposes. While we draw upon extensive HR leadership and Kaizen methodologies, implementing these strategies within your own organization is done at your own risk. Craft Blended Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential business losses resulting from the application of our training materials.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
