Take the Next Step | Help & FAQ

You probably have a few practical questions before you begin.

You do not need to remember everything on this page. Think of it as a reference point you can return to whenever you need it.

There is no single correct pace. Some Steps are short. Others include exercises that may need more time, and some of the most useful information may come back to you after you have stepped away from the course. You can work at your own pace. What matters is not how quickly you finish, but the quality of the material you collect.

There’s no right answer, and the choice matters less than you’d think.
If you think better with a pen, print the templates and write directly on them, or keep a notebook and recreate a template there. If you’d rather type, a Word document, Google Doc or Notion page all work equally well. If you’re unsure, try a combination – complete the Questionnaire by hand, then move it into the Excel Timeline Grid to organise digitally.
Whatever you choose, keep one home for your notes. Switching tools occasionally is fine. Ending up with several half-finished versions of the same work is the thing to avoid.

Individual review or advisory support is not included in the self-paced course.

If you would like personalised support after working through the material, you can contact Maria separately.

Any additional support is discussed, agreed, invoiced and paid separately.

Yes. Completing a step records your progress. It does not stop you from going back and reviewing the content whenever you want.

The tools this course offers are the Master Record Questionnaire, the Master Record Timeline Grid and the Wording Map. They can be downloaded and printed or used as working files on your computer.

Resources appear inside the step where they are needed. There is no need to download everything at the beginning. Keep any downloaded files together with your main working material.

First, try refreshing the page or opening it in a different browser; check the internet connection; this resolves most display issues. If the Complete button is unresponsive, first check whether the Step asks you to complete an activity or quiz before progressing. The platform can intentionally prevent completion where required content or a required quiz has not been completed. If the problem continues, contact us at m.michalakakou@craftblended.com. Please use the Subject: Course Support – Take the Next Step, and include your account email address, the Step number, what happened, the device/browser you are using and, where possible, a screenshot. We’ll look into it as quickly as we can.

We aim to reply within one business day, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. If you agree with contacting you directly, please include a phone number in your email.

In the meantime, do not lose the thought or information you were working on. Continue capturing it in your main notes. If a video is unavailable, use the written step summary/transcript; if a tool is temporarily unavailable, keep your raw notes and transfer them into the tool later. There’s no need to wait before continuing, keep moving through the programme at your own pace, and we’ll follow up as soon as we can.
